The simple, gentle exercises in Qi Gong are designed for better health. The risk of injury whilst doing Qi Gong is very low but for legal reasons we still need to state the following...

One of the principles of Qi Gong is to respect and listen to your body. Please take your time and be gentle, especially if you have any underlying conditions or are new to Qi Gong. Movements can be adapted and you should never feel pain when doing Qi Gong. If at any time during a class/video you feel discomfort or strain, please rest or take care of your needs as you see fit.

A Qi Gong class is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. If you feel uncertain about practicing Qi Gong, please consult a physician prior to class.

Please contact your doctor prior to practicing Qi Gong if you have serious illness or injury, or any change of health status, including pregnancy.

By logging into a class or watching any video provided by Mike Emery or QiGong At Home, you agree to the following:
